All our steak is supplied by J. Gilmour & Co Ltd, an independent family run business established in 1946 specialising in the supply of high quality meats and more specifically “Tweed Valley” beef from the Scottish Borders.
Every Monday, John Gilmour the Managing Director attends St Boswells livestock market and personally selects only the finest grain fed cattle from responsible farmers who have invested in high standards of livestock welfare and husbandry..
All cuts of meat are available, including Chateaubriand and Tomahawk steak to share or the Square Mile’s favourite, the fillet.
